Shipping policy

From the atelier in Calgary. Every specimen leaves the atelier fully assembled, ballasted and seated in its own laser-cut housing. There is nothing to assemble on arrival.

Where we ship. Within Canada.

Lead times

  • Specimens in the atelier: dispatched within 3–5 business days of order.
  • Allocated specimens: 4–6 weeks, confirmed with your order.
  • Bespoke Botanicals: 8–12 weeks from approval of the proposal.

Parcel or freight

  • One to three specimens, under about 150 lb in total: sent by commercial courier as separate parcels.
  • Four or more specimens, or 150 lb and over: sent by freight, quoted per order.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout. Where a freight quote is needed, we confirm it with you before dispatch.

Local delivery in Calgary

Local delivery within Calgary is available and quoted per order. Write to accounts@petaleatelier.ca with your address and preferred date.

Receiving your specimen

Check the housing on arrival, before signing if you can. If it shows damage, note it on the delivery record, photograph it, and write to accounts@petaleatelier.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Trade orders

Trade partners may arrange their own white-glove carrier. We prepare the specimen for collection from Calgary on the agreed date.
