Refund policy

Each specimen is composed by hand and numbered, so returns are handled personally.

Change of mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The specimen must be unused and returned in its original laser-cut housing. Return freight is paid by the buyer, and refunds are less a 10% restocking fee. Please write to accounts@petaleatelier.ca before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return and the address.

Damaged in transit

If a specimen arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, we will repair it, replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Not returnable

  • Bespoke Botanicals commissions, once the proposal is approved.
  • Trade orders, unless agreed in the trade account terms.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the specimen returning to the atelier.
